Secluded in southeast Sicily, this villa overlooks the Val di Noto countryside from its garden terrace and partially shaded infinity pool. There are also plenty of other nooks around with ample seating to admire the views from, which is definitely the crown jewel of this home. Still, other aspects – the architectural design and bright interior – are worthy competitors. From here, San Lorenzo beach is only fifteen minutes away, and you can get to the fishing village of Marzamemi just as quickly, or find your way to the eco-resort nearby where you'll be able to make use of the spa, restaurant or gym.

*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's private parking available here, reached by an unpaved road.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing young children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*This is a single-level home for those with mobility issues.
*One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be pushed together to make up a double.
