Welcome to our charming 150-year-old cottage and converted barn, beautifully
restored to blend historic charm with modern comfort. Obviously, we are finishing the cottage and finalising painting and putting furniture in place. Nestled between Westport
and Louisburgh in County Mayo, this delightful retreat features original oak
beams and lime-pointed stone walls, preserving its unique character.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is
perfect for gatherings, leading out to a lovely patio and garden where you can
relax after a day of exploring. With three cozy bedrooms and two modern
bathrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates families or groups.

Just 250 meters from the beach, you’ll be ideally situated
for coastal walks or surfing the local waves. Adventurers can hike the nearby
Sheeffry Mountains, Mweelrea, or ascend the iconic Croagh Patrick for
breathtaking views. A scenic drive through the stunning Doolough Valley into
Leenane and Connemara is a must.

Local cuisine is a highlight, with fresh seafood, hearty
