Woodland Lodge is on the grounds of Mount Falcon Hotel, 4 miles outside of Ballina.The house is a short walk through the woodlands from the hotel and its amenities which includes a leisure area swimming pool, spa and gym.
This fully equipped self-catering lodge is a quiet and safe location ideal for enjoying all outdoor pursuits as well being close to Foxford Woollen Mills (15min by car), Westport (40mins), Enniscrone beaches (25mins).
Accommodation: This tastefully decorated two bed two bathroom home has a spacious living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, a private study, utility area, with washing machine and dryer, and cloakroom. The high ceiling accommodates a second level overhead gallery which leads onto a large bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. On the ground level there is second bedroom with wheelchair friendly ensuite bathroom.
Outside there is a small porch and private larger patio area.
We stayed in a lodge. So spacious and comfortable.

We got married at Mount Falcon in September 2021 and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. The venue is amazing, but moreover the staff were so attentive, so obliging, adding all those little touches that make the day extra special. Alexa and her events team were fantastic throughout, from the viewing to the planning, and on the day itself. She was constantly in touch and answered all our queries promptly and professionally. She’s a godsend. The food was incredible. We had a barbecue the night before and a table service meal on the day, both in the brilliant large outdoor marquee. Our guests loved it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lodges are great and only a short stroll from the house. Alan and Eibhlín can be really proud of what they’ve put together at Mount Falcon, we’ll be back often!
