Woodland Lodge is on the grounds of Mount Falcon Hotel, 4 miles outside of Ballina.The house is a short walk through the woodlands from the hotel and its amenities which includes a leisure area swimming pool, spa and gym.

This fully equipped self-catering lodge is a quiet and safe location ideal for enjoying all outdoor pursuits as well being close to Foxford Woollen Mills (15min by car), Westport (40mins), Enniscrone beaches (25mins).

This tastefully decorated two bed two bathroom home has a spacious living/dining room, well equipped kitchen, a private study, utility area, with washing machine and dryer, and cloakroom. The high ceiling accommodates a second level overhead gallery which leads onto a large bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. On the ground level there is second bedroom with wheelchair friendly ensuite bathroom.

Outside there is a small porch and private larger patio area.
