One downstairs bedroom en-suite. There is an open plan kitchen/diner, sun-room and sitting room. The house features all modern conveniences including: underfloor heating, steam shower in master bedroom and solid fuel stove in the sun-room. Broadband is available throughout. Cable television. One small dog allowed but must be mentioned at time of booking.

Guests can also enjoy views of Inis Boffin from rear of the property.
Claddahduff is not far from Cleggan and is well known for its sandy beaches, Omey beach is just a five minute leisurely walk - where the famous Omey Races take place each year.

Claddaghduff is well known for its sandy beaches, and ideal for walking tours and horse-riding, The ferry to Inis Boffin is within a few minutes. There is a church, pub, shop and petrol station just a 2 minute walk from the house.
