Duror Cottage is a bright and inviting retreat, tastefully decorated to offer a wonderful home-from-home experience for families and friends seeking tranquility in the quiet countryside.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with charming exposed stonework around the dainty windows and a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings. The lounge, furnished with seating for six and a large TV, provides a comfortable space for relaxation after days of exploration. A spacious country pine table comfortably seats six, ideal for gathering everyone for meals. The well-equipped kitchen area is fitted to a high standard, boasting a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and an electric oven with hob.

Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms, including two double rooms, each with a king-sized bed, and a twin room with two full-size single beds. The newly refurbished bathroom on the first floor features a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, and a washbasin.

Location
Duror Cottage is nestled in the serene countryside just outside the charming village of West Down in North Devon.

A short drive from the cottage will lead you to the coastal villages of Woolacombe and Croyde, both renowned for their stunning beaches, ideal for swimming, relaxation, and various water sports.

For a dining experience or shopping adventure, Braunton is nearby, offering excellent eateries and charming independent stores. Additionally, the town of Ilfracombe, is less than a 15-minute drive away.

If you prefer exploring North Devon on foot, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the local scenery and wildlife. The Tarka Trail is another fantastic option, suitable for walkers and cyclists of all ages and skill levels.
