The open plan living area is both bright and spacious, offering direct access to the shared courtyard, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining.

The living space is thoughtfully divided into a comfortable lounge, complete with a TV and leather sofas, a dining area with seating for up to four, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday in North Devon.

On the first floor of the cottage, which provides direct access to the car park, you will find the bedrooms and the family bathroom. The first bedroom is a pleasant twin room with two full-size single beds, leading directly into the double bedroom that offers views of the countryside. The recently refurbished bathroom features a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, and a washbasin.

Braefoot is nestled in the serene countryside just outside the charming village of West Down in North Devon.

A short drive from the cottage will lead you to the coastal villages of Woolacombe and Croyde, both renowned for their stunning beaches, ideal for swimming, relaxation, and various water sports.

For a dining experience or shopping adventure, Braunton is nearby, offering excellent eateries and charming independent stores. Additionally, the town of Ilfracombe, is less than a 15-minute drive away.

If you prefer exploring North Devon on foot, the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the local scenery and wildlife. The Tarka Trail is another fantastic option, suitable for walkers and cyclists of all ages and skill levels.
