Amazing relaxing break
Had a lovely week long stay in Coach house 2 on Belle Isle. The house was comfortable and didn't get hot during a warm week in July. It was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A quiet and peaceful location with the picturesque castle nearby.Lovely lake views
Ate at the bistro twice and really enjoyed both visits. Got to see a fireworks display courtesy of other guests having their wedding in the castle. Hired a boat from reception for a leisurely boat trip around the island.
My daughters loved feeding the three donkeys and walks around the island.
Only downside was that phone signal and wifi was hard to come by. Still, the children had a Netflix-free week
Both Judith and Andrea at reception were lovely to deal with
Would love to return some day

Lovely Cottages.
Stayed in Ash cottage in May this year. The cottage was spotless and very homely the surroundings very tranquil. Loved walking in the grounds and enjoyed the boat we briefly took out. Liked the place so much we are going back to one of the coach houses in December looking forward to the wood burning stove in the evenings. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Belle Isle estate and accommodation.

Perfect getaway for a fishing party of 6. Boats available for hire also. Been coming every year for the past 6 years and always great place to visit. Perfect for the pike and coarse angler.
