College Road Cottage is an elegant, purpose designed holiday home in traditional style.

Accommodating eight adults and built with the needs of the holiday guest in mind, the property offers light, open plan living spaces as well as the option of a bedroom and en-suite facility conveniently located on the ground floor.

The property offers three additional double bedrooms, one further en-suite and a family bathroom with a luxurious freestanding, clawfoot bath and separate shower.

The property’s traditional feel is enhanced by the use of oak flooring throughout and a feature woodburning stove. Granite worktops, a double height hallway and sweeping oak stair add a touch of luxury to this holiday home in the Fermanagh countryside.

The cottage is located at the end of a lane, past a number of neighbouring farms.

Although close to a neighbouring property, the area itself is very rural, secluded and perfect for a quiet country holiday. A five minute drive takes you to the village of Derrylin.

"Excellent"
Don't let pictures fool you the house is far more beautiful in person.. Any problems were always seen to straight away a little basket was waiting for us on arrival.. Garden is perfect for the kids travel cots high chairs we're also in the home will return again many thanks!!!

Lovely, comfortable stay in amazing surroundings. Great location to feel off the beaten track but close to everywhere we wished to visit.

"Top class"
Our family had a 3 day stay here. The house is beautiful, decorated really well, very clean, had everything we needed and more. Great surrounding garden and play area for the kids. Catriona was very accommodating and generous to us as our stay was cut short. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely be back again soon. Note it is in a quite secluded area which may not suit everyone. It was just what we needed, and isn't too far away from the local village.
