Our group of 19 stayed AT the House plus one of the adjacent courtyard villas for the weekend to celebrate everybody turning 40. We had a fantastic weekend and this is the perfect venue for a reunion. Finola organized catering for us one of the nights and the food was impeccable. It was such a treat to be cooked for and then retire to the drawing room for the evening where the fire kept us cozy all evening. A really memorable weekend and location. We'll definitely be back!

Looking down onto the lake, the pastoral landscape is a joy to behold, either from inside the house or while wandering the fields and by roads of this very special house. Build in the 18 century, it truly is a jewel, the owners have updated the house tastefully, it's warm and comfortable with modern bedding and facilities. We had the pleasure and use of the Manor and one of the Coach Houses, "Inisfree" which is such a cute, cosy 2 bedroom house in the Coach yard. The caterer was superb, Martina cooked monk fish and rack of lamb for us on Saturday night, also a sweet roulade treat, it was ALL OF IT delicious, so totally YUM... honestly you'll love her food.

Myself and 19 others just spent a magical weekend at the main House.
The photos don't do the place justice and we all had goosebumps as we approached the house. It's in a world of it's own, with beautiful furniture, ornate décor, luxurious large rooms with fireplaces to keep cosy. The rooms are spacious, all en suite, very comfortable beds, great showers, good quality bed linen and towels.
We had dinner cooked for us one of the nights and the cooking was top notch, and the kind hosts allowed us to take their horses for a hack. There are peaceful and tranquil walks to take as well.
None of us wanted to leave on Sunday! Will definitely be back, this place is a gem.
