Step inside to be met with a light-filled living area, curated with a striking blend of contemporary and antique furnishings to create an immediately homey welcome. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa with a glass of wine while the fire roars, or gather around the dining table for a celebratory meal.

The bright conservatory room is the ideal spot for an afternoon of reading, or better yet, take your book and a cold drink outside onto the lush green lawn where deck chairs beckon long hours basking in the sun.

At night, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast under the stars, before retreating to the bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep.

When it comes to activities, your host provides a canoe for fun afternoons on Mill Creek (a ten-minute walk) or Mill Pond (a four-minute drive). Also within walking distance are the Parrish Art Museum (four minutes), Duckwalk Vineyard (five minutes), Shou Sugi Ban House for wellness opportunities (two minutes) and Hank's Pumpkintown (four minutes), while the inviting sands of Watermill Beach are five minutes away by car.
