*The communal roof terrace and courtyard are not pictured. These are shared with other residents in the building.
*The second bedroom is currently set up as a den and media room. It has a double sofa bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. One of the walls has windows that face the living area, so it's not the most private.
*No parties or gatherings of more than six people are allowed here.
*Given the central location, noise is to be expected.
*There's an office in the living area if you plan to work from home during your stay.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in NYC. Instead of driving, explore on foot or take advantage of the subway.
*The building comes with a 24-hour doorman.
