Living room / bedroom with double bed, dining area, kitchenette (2 burners, refrigerator). Shower / toilet. Pool house: approx. 70 m². Living room with sofa, play and TV area, billiards table, dining table and kitchenette (5 burners, electric grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, coffee capsule machine, kettle). Maximum occupancy: 10 people. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

Private: property 6'000 m2 (fenced), park with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (150 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, slide, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, table tennis, patio, arbour, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, hydro massage bath (all included), table tennis, billiard table, playroom, bicycles available (extra). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises.
