Knockin is a delightful village resting in the county of Shropshire, not far from the Wales/England border. The village is home to a local shop, The Knockin Shop, a pub and a church, and is situated about halfway between Shrewsbury and Oswestry, making it ideal for accessing a host of amenities and attractions. Great days out can be had at the historic castles of Chirk, Whittington, and Powis, with the Offa's Dyke Path providing a seemingly endless walking route loosely following the Wales/England border.
