When it comes to significant historical sights and cultural points of interest, it's hard to beat the city of Athens. Located moments from the Acropolis, Hadrian’s Arch and the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this apartment is the perfect base from which to explore this city steeped in history, myths and legends.

Wake up in the minimalist and light-filled bedrooms, feeling rested and raring to explore. We love the characterful pops of golden yellow and powder blue that bring a playful and modern edge to the decor while the large glass windows flood each room. Sip your morning coffee from the plump sofa as you plan the day’s itinerary before heading out to savour a Greek breakfast in a local taverna.

Take the bus to Monastiraki Square, where you can spend the day exploring Hadrian’s Library and soak up the energy of the square. Make sure to sample some local street food – our pick are the fried anchovies in paper cones.
