But if time is on your side, hit the streets instead – the mighty Acropolis and the historic streets of Monastiraki are all within walking distance, with pitstops for koulouri bread and flaky bougatsas along the way. And when you’re ready to escape the crowds for awhile, the vast Alsos Ilision Park is just moments from your door.
