Guests can enjoy an outside dining area under the pergola, as well as access to the owner's conservatory for breakfast or evening takeaways. While there is no kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the studio, and a continental breakfast hamper or cooked breakfast is included in the price.

Wine can be chilled by the owner, on request. A fridge is available in our store room for your use

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Garden Studio has central heating which will be programmed for you but can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Dog towels are always available.
One or two toilet rolls will be provided.
