Other places of interest in the area include the pretty village of Porlock, the harbour town of Watchet, some of the UKs best beaches including surfers paradise, Croyde Bay, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands and the medieval village of Dunster with its fascinating castle. On entering the impressive property, they come first to the welcoming entrance hall which offers plenty of space to leave coats and boots before continuing to the main living accommodation. The spacious lounge is a wonderfully relaxing space with several large sofas, a Smart TV, DVD, and a warming wood burner, for which logs are provided. The kitchen/diner is so much more than a place to eat and prepare meals, it is a fantastic space for socialising, celebrating, and relaxing, and as well as a large dining table, there is also a breakfast bar and an inviting sofa. The huge bi fold doors here allow guests to open this space out to the garden, making the garden feel like an extension of the house. The kitchen area itself is well equipped and offers a Range oven, hob, microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and wine cooler. The washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer can be found in the separate utility room nearby, which also has the added bonus of an additional sink. One of the property s bedrooms can be found on the ground floor: a super king size room which can be made up as a twin room on request. This room benefits from an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, whilst there is also a separate ground floor cloakroom with WC.
