*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to maximise your stay. There's on-site parking for up to five cars available. You'll find street parking in front of the post box if you require extra parking spaces.
*The home's landscaping and pool maintenance are cared for weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Therefore, you may come in contact with the staff during your stay.
*The host provides four paddleboards for guests' use, alongside complimentary access to streaming accounts for Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.
*You can dock a 25ft boat in front of the house here.
*Though there's enough bed space for nineteen people here, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
