This apartment is only one block from the sprawling, sandy shores of Mid Beach – one of the best beaches in Miami – and just a short stroll from some truly mouthwatering restaurants and lively bars. It's the perfect spot to be for some fun in the sun – and with dreamy weather all year round, you'll want to spend every moment outside. That said, this stylish abode is a relaxing respite from the heat. Rattan accents and leafy wallpaper add a bohemian flair, but the natural colour scheme and glossy finishes keep it feeling modern and cool. Take an afternoon snooze on the soft sofa before hitting the town in the evenings. Or, if you prefer a more chilled night at home, rustle up some snacks in the sleek kitchen and settle down with for a night filled with your favourite Netflix shows and movies.

*At full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
*A cot, high chair and stair gates can be provided on request – the hosts can also arrange games and toys, depending on availability
*This is a pet-friendly property – there's a $150 fee for the first pet, and $200 for the second, regardless of size or breed
*The host has several near-identical homes in the same building – the layout, views, and design might vary slightly from what you see in the photos, but your home will be of the same style and quality
*Please note that the host does not allow local residents that live within a 60-mile radius
*There's no parking space here, but everything is either within walking distance or a short taxi ride away
