Spend your days baking under the sun before cooling off with a dip. Then stroll along the Collins Canal, a minute from your front door, before returning home. Unwind in the bright and modern open-concept living space, the perfect accomplice to your beachy vacation. There’s a glamour to this home, with brass and gold fixtures, palm-frond festive wallpaper and marble countertops giving it a subtle art deco feel. At the end of the long day, when it’s time for bed, retire to the comfortable minimalist bedroom with its elegant reading lamps and wicker headboard. Fall fast asleep to the rhythm of waves crashing.

*At maximum capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
