This home is conveniently located in the heart of Salcombe, less than a five-minute stroll from cafes, shops, restaurants and the Victoria Inn pub. Beach fans will be pleased to know Salcombe North Sands is reached in twenty-five minutes by foot or seven minutes by car. Inside, expect views over the estuary from the living area and a well-equipped kitchen for easy cooking and entertaining. As the cottage is spread over three floors, those with limited mobility may find the stairs tricky.

*We recommend having a car if you wish to explore the wider area. One parking permit is provided for the Creek End (summer) and Shadycombe (winter) long-stay car parks, which are a five-minute walk away.
*Pets may have stayed here before, so this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request. The home cannot accommodate stair gates.
*The home is spread over three floors with no internal lift.
