Wood floors, tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light greet you in the open-plan living area downstairs. Slide open the glass doors to reveal a Juliet balcony – the perfect place to perch with your morning coffee or evening glass of French wine while indulging in some people-watching. Though petite, the kitchenette is ideal for whipping up delectable treats when you’re not out sampling the French capital’s fabulous food scene, while upstairs a luxurious bathtub beckons long bubbly soaks ahead of a seamless night’s sleep in the mezzanine bed.

Outside of your home, you’ve got several scenic green spaces in which to enjoy an afternoon amble – including Parc André Citroën and Parc Georges-Brassens – while the nearby Metro means you’re just a ride away from countless iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower, the Montparnasse Tower and the Musée d’Orsay.
