Nestled in Paris' residental 15th arrondissement, this sleek studio flat may not be in the heart of the city, but that doesn't make it any less lovely. A couple or solo traveller looking for a quieter stay will find everything they need here. After a day spent exploring, you can rest weary legs on the plush sofa or in the sumptuous bed – a glass of wine, optional – or if you need to check in with the office, the desk is ideal for remote working. Although the layout is snug, there are plenty of mod-cons to boot – we're talking a smart TV, lavish rainfall shower and a tiny but well-appointed kitchen if you fancy rustling up a romantic dinner for two.
Location-wise, we think this is the place to be if you're keen to live like a true Parisian. Begin your morning with a croissant and café au lait at the nearby patisseries, spend afternoons reading by the Seine at Parc André Citroën (a twenty-two-minute walk), and end the evening with a bottle of bubbly and a delicious meal at the restaurants, bistros and bars dotted around the neighbourhood.
Of course, a trip to the City of Lights isn't complete without a bit of sightseeing. The Eiffel Tower is an easy thirty-five-minute stroll, or if your feet need a break, hop on the metro at Convention station (just around the corner) and get whisked away to Place de la Concorde in fifteen minutes flat.
Home truths: *One adult guest or two children can sleep on the sofa bed – however, as this is a studio apartment with a snug living space, we wouldn't recommend it
*There's no washing machine here, but there is a laundromat a five-minute walk away
*This flat is in an apartment building with a shared entrance – on arrival, you'll be able to check yourself in with a smart lock
*Cleaning service is included with your stay and is available once a week
