There were three of us in apartment number 2. The size and location suited us perfectly. The central location made it easy to explore local restaurants or visit one of the numerous gelaterias. The kitchen equipment was great in terms of cooking utensils. Unfortunately there was no kettle or toaster. The Italian cafeteria was also unfortunately unusable. The bathrooms and shower were nice, the shared washing machine was also great

Apartment located in a strategic position in San Vincenzo, right in the center, spacious and well equipped. The possibility of eating on a terrace overlooking the tourist port and facing west, made unforgettable not only lunches, but especially dinners, because accompanied by sunsets at sea. The kindness of the owners, present nearby, for a few days, was the element that completed an already excellent picture.

the location of the apartment is excellent and allows you to enjoy San Vincenzo. The apartment inside is functional and the family of the owner of the property, who lives next door, is very kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this facility. Perfectly localized. Friendly and helpful host. The place is ideal for those looking for a place to relax and sunbathe, as well as being a great starting point for short trips around Tuscany.
