This 1920's restored storage facility is perfectly situated in the Arts District and an excellent option for young couples or solo travellers who wish to have freedom and space to enjoy LA. With remnants from it's previous life, this studio apartment has an industrial feel and bright open living space, but may not suit those hoping for individual or separate rooms. So long as this doesn't sway you, you'll also have access to a rooftop with a hot tub, and open community grill, and even two bikes for hire!

* The only separation between the communal area and bedroom is a sheer curtain

* For those unfamiliar with the area, while you're in the midst of the Arts District, it's important to be vigilant walking around Alameda after dark

* Guest 3 will sleep on a sofa-bed in the communal area
