If this eclectic LA loft has an air of familiarity, it might be because the interior features in the movie Crank. The balcony also makes an appearance in the opening scene of Beverly Hills Cop. But fame hasn't gone to this studio's head – if anything, the humble furnishings make this a home away from home. Complete with a dedicated space for catching up on work or pursuing new creative projects, this space is ideal for business or leisure. Unwind on the private balcony – perfect for your morning coffee – or poolside on the shared rooftop terrace. And if you'd like to explore, Downtown LA is only a bus ride away.

*There’s a dedicated parking space in a covered garage. You'll also find unrestricted free on-street parking here and EV chargers can be found nearby.
*This home isn't suitable for toddlers or children under 6.
*You'll have access to the on-site gym, hot tub and rooftop swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*The loft's window faces another unit in the building across the road. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.
*Well-behaved dogs may be welcome to accompany you during your stay – speak to your host.
*There's a dedicated office space here.
*Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
