Perched on a hilltop in New York's Montauk, this modern villa enjoys a private pool and an expansive garden and terrace. There's space to dine under the sun and enjoy a family barbecue, and well-behaved pets are welcome to join you for an additional fee. Bikes and beach equipment are provided here, and we think you'll need a car for day trips to Shadmoor Estate Park Beach and Montauk Lighthouse. *There is space for up to three cars to park for free on the driveway. Due to its location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The double bed in one of the bedrooms is quite small, so it might be a bit of a squeeze for two adults.
*The pool is unfenced, so children may need supervision when playing outside.
