Other attractions include National Trust s Arlington Court, Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens, Marwood Hill Gardens, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle. You can also walk from the property to the nearby pub for a bite to eat. Step through the front door into a beautiful and welcoming 20 oak floored grand entrance hallway, which is packed with original charm. Much of this comes from the original farm shafting used to drive equipment that was formerly pulled by the horses in the roundhouse. From here walk straight through into the traditional oak farmhouse style kitchen/diner with Belfast sink, luxury electric range style cooker, integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a dining room table with seating for eight people. The large lounge offers plenty of charm with vaulted beamed ceilings and spectacular countryside views through the floor to ceiling, windows and doors. The lounge is equipped with an oil fired effect wood burner set into a large stone fireplace, and TV/DVD. There is also a super king size room on the ground floor, which features a zip and link double that can be made up as a twin on request. This floor also has a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower and WC. From the entrance hall, there are two staircases heading up to the rest of the bedrooms. From the first wooden open tread staircase, you ll find the delightful king size bedroom with en suite shower and bathroom with WC and the second open tread staircase you will find a twin bedroom with en suite shower and WC. All three bedrooms are appointed with their own TVs for extra luxury. Step outside and you ll be surrounded by beautiful countryside views in every direction. You ll have use of the garden with a patio and seating and a charcoal BBQ. During your stay, make sure you take a stroll through the woodland and bluebell walk.
