The apartment itself is small but perfectly formed and the views are unbeatable, taking in the old Italian architecture and, of course, that sparkling, azure lake. Potter down to make your morning coffee in the cute, white corner kitchen and settle in front of those lake vistas as you plan out your day. The seating nook has a Venetian-style armchair in-keeping with the surroundings, and you can throw that big window wide open to create a balcony feel – there’s a railing for safety. *The ceiling in the mezzanine bedroom area is very low, so you have to duck to get in and out of bed
*Like a lot of spots in Lake Como, the area is pretty hilly so get your legs ready for some slopes
