Found at the top of a winding mountain road, this villa’s panoramic views over the sea and surrounding countryside are breathtaking. There’s a reason the site where the villa sits was once used by the Resistance during World War II as a vantage point for watching approaching troops. The grounds are fringed by olive groves where you’ll find hidden nooks for alfresco drinks and dining, but the highlight of the outside is undoubtedly the private pool with its incredible vistas. Inside, the decor is somewhat dated in parts, but large arched windows and access to the wraparound terrace are nice touches. For essentials during your stay, the sleepy village of Apano Stalos has got you covered with its mini-mart and tavernas, while the golden beaches of Kato Stalos and Agia Apostoli are a ten-minute drive away.

*There are internal stairs leading up to a mezzanine seating area. The rest of the home is laid out on a single level.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Pool heating is included for selected dates between April and October. Ask your host about the pool's availability outside this period.
*The decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free on-site parking is available.
*Just a few minutes' drive downhill will bring you to Apano Stalos where you'll find a few tavernas and a mini-market for everyday essentials.
