With its multi-tiered facade, boasting ample terraces, this home invites you to unwind in the splendour of your surroundings. Swimming in your private pool, relish breathtaking panoramas of the palm-dotted coastline, or sprawl on a plush sunbed and soak it all in from the balcony. Outside, you'll also find ample lounge seating, a dining terrace and a wood-burning stove, perfect for those impromptu alfresco cookouts. There's even an outdoor play area to keep the little ones entertained.

We love this home's minimalist design aesthetic. Inside, it's a timeless canvas of high timber-beamed ceilings, floods of natural light and stylish decor. The living area's open-plan layout, dressed for comfort with contemporary fixtures, offers an inviting and serene atmosphere where you'll love spending time. Spend mornings roosted around the kitchen island for breakfast, provided gratis by your host, before heading out for a day at the beach – the soft sands of Paralia Kato Stalos are an eleven-minute walk from your doorstep.

*There is free on-street parking here – while we’d recommend a car for exploring Chania Town, the beach, shops, markets, bus stations, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area
