I Love Kilkee and have had many a wonderful holiday in Kilkee and this holiday was extra special because of Elaine's wonderful accommodation. I have passed by these houses many times to do the cliff walk and spend time at the diamond rocks. However, I never realized how gorgeous the houses are inside. This accommodation is the ideal location. The photos of Elaine's summer home simply do not do the place justice. It does not feel like a place you have rented for the week, It feels like home, it feels like really special personal space to enjoy. The minute you enter the house there is a beautiful energy and you feel relaxed! Elaine, Thank you for the wine, tea and cakes and the beautiful flowers that were there to greet us when we arrived. Elaine has everything you could want in the well-equipped kitchen. The VIEWS! What can I say but my goodness the views from the sitting room and bedrooms were spectacular, and we felt so privileged to be able to sit there and look at them every day for a week. Even on the days where it rained it still was beautiful! I don't think I watched the television once. We had lots of space which was excellent, and the small attic chill out area was a favourite of my niece and nephew. I had my elderly father with me, who did not want to go to Kilkee initially but never stopped raving about the house from the minute we arrived. The stairs were a little steep but he managed ok. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. I could go on an on but I am running out of space. 10/10, five stars, THANK YOU!!
