A carefully renovated and beautifully decorated stone barn conversion set on a six acre retreat in a private, rural setting.

This 150 year old 5-star property is furnished and finished to the highest standards offers luxurious self catering accommodation for the discerning visitor.

The stone barn features two double bedrooms, with a choice of twin or king-sized bed. There is an impressive open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the hand crafted kitchen is complete with granite worktop and equipped with everything you would need.

Kilcootry Barn's front door opens out to large landscaped garden with patio area and barbecue facilities.

Couldn't be better!
Such a quaint place in the middle of the country which is what my family loves! Anne is amazing and so attentive! Our kids loved the play area and being able to see the animals. I saw a previous review that said internet was spotty but this was not our experience at all. Internet and TV were perfect the whole trip. We will most definitely stay again! Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

One night stay visiting family in the area, it was astonishing to stay in Kilcootry Barn. I was a bit early in the year (which I believe starts getting busy from mid Feb) but everything was prepared and a great welcome from “mine host”!

What a lovely house and everything so thoughtfully upgraded from the original building and the furniture fixtures and fittings were all exceptional .. you really need to see it to appreciate.

"Absolutely lovely!"
We had a wonderful time at Kilcootry Barn. The Barn is so warm, cosy and full of personality. The furniture and decoration are beautiful: you feel like in a magazine house and yet we felt most welcome, it was just like home! The garden is lovely and full of flowers that smell wonderful. It is absolutely quiet and peaceful (you can't hear a sound from the road) and yet very accessible from major roads. Spotlessly clean! (and very effective shower!) One of the best places we have stayed at. Anne was most kind and helpful. Thank you very much!!

"Idyllic Getaway"
Stayed for 3nts with Hubby & collie. Beyond stunning. The property is beautifully restored & perfectly equipped. The Gardens are exquisite. Anne is a perfect hostess with an easygoing kind manner. Great location for visiting the nearby areas like Omagh & Ulster American folk park & the stunning Gortin Glen forest pk & Enniskillen & Fermanagh lakelands..or just simply Be! No need to go beyond the front door of this romantic hideaway. Peace & tranquility awaits you there. Only tiny downside for us was having to keep our dog on lead ( outdoors) at all times as no enclosed area for him & easy access to gorgeous cats, chickens & other animals Having said that it would absoloutely not deter us from returning or recommending 500%! This is an awareness comment only. We all including Ted adored our stay in Kilcootry barn. Go. Stay. Dont miss the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful beautiful home. Thanks again to Anne for everything including delicious homemade treats & scones. I also took home a stunning bouquet as a souvenir as Anne is a very talented florist & was kind enough to make this up for me at short notice. Lovely Memory Lovely Lady.
