"Tastefully decorated and with everything you need for a perfect break"
It is unusual to find such perfect pet-friendly accommodation yet we did when we discovered Woodcock Corner which entices you from the moment you enter the Colebrooke Estate. It is an impressive accommodation comprising a large open plan living area, including well equipped kitchen (with food cupboard basics), dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 8, comfortable settees and easy chairs and a very effective wood burning stove, in addition to the central heating. Adjacent but separately, there is a well equipped utility room with washing machine and dryer.

"Hidden Gem in 1000 Acres of Outstanding Natural Beauty"
My wife and I had a wonderful stay on the Brookeborough Estate for 3 days in October. Miriam and David were exceptionally warm, kind, chatty and friendly hosts with an incredible local geographical knowledge and a fascinating encyclopaedic comprehension of the local history. The Brookeborough grounds were perfect for walking with our dog and you will never tire of the scenic rolling hills with abundant flora and fauna. We were lucky enough to see all three cottages while we were there, and they are all beautifully and tastefully renovated. The luxury cottages especially were of a standard that you would never want to leave them! We stayed in the Triumphal Arch Lodge, managed by Irish Landmark Trust. It too was exceptional. Quaint, Old worldly with a beautiful open fire and very comfortable bedrooms, the residence was a much appreciated respite from the City life. Location is only 10mins from the Lakes of Fermanagh, so there is plenty to see and do. We absolutely recommend staying in any of the cottages, and guarantee you will not regret it. We will be back very soon!

We have an amazing stay at lovely Woodcock Corner. The cottage is so well kitted out - particularly the kitchen which had everything we could have wanted. We also used the BBQ twice and eating out on the patio with gorgeous views of the estate was a treat. Lovely bedding and plenty of room too.
Miriam and David were wonderful hosts - thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and time with us! You absolutely made our break.
The estate itself is completely unspoilt and quiet. Lots of lovely walks and animals to see - both the dog and our toddler were in their element! Make sure you go spend some time in the kitchen garden and talk to Dougal (recommended by Miriam!).
Lots to do in the area and Miriam has lots of suggestions too. We were amazingly lucky with the weather and had a wonderful relaxing break.
We would definitely like to come back x

We have just returned from a weekend at woodcock corner cottage, and the facebook photos do not do this cottage justice, it was beautiful, with amazing views, and tasteful decor. The estate was so peaceful like another world, two of my children have autism and i felt very content they were in a safe environment, they adored sammy the donkey, lola the puppy and all the baby lambs.
Miriam and David could not have been more accomadating or welcoming, they had tea coffee bread and some other necessary items waiting in the cottage, and even brought us a welcome gift. They were understanding of my childrens difficultys and agreed a late checkout with us despite the fact that it was not really convenient for them. Lord Colebrooke even came and introduced himself and was very down to earth and very welcoming.
This is a fabulous place so relaxing with beautiful walks, we had much needed family time. We cannot wait to return

We stayed in Woodcock Corner Cottage for a few days at the end of April. I have never been so relaxed in my whole life. The cottage is perfect and had everything we needed. Loved that we could bring our dog too and I would highly recommend the spa too. I practically floated out of there! David and Miriam were really friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. I will definitely be back.
