This is the perfect pad for professionals. With a comfortable bedroom, fully-equipped (albeit compact) kitchen, and a cosy lounge with a pull-down desk, you'll have a decent amount of space to spread out here – and that's not including access to the communal garden. We think it works well for a couple or a solo traveller, though one guest could sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. It's located a stone's throw from Wandsworth Common, while Clapham Junction station is about ten minutes away and offers access to Victoria and Waterloo – ideal for a bit of sightseeing.

*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. If you want ample space for socialising, we'd suggest a maximum guest count of two.
*This home isn't suitable for children under 12 years old.
*You'll have access to a communal garden here, which is shared with the other residents in the building.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb up three flights of stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*While there isn't a proper dining table or desk here, there's a small fold-away table in the lounge that can double as a workspace.
