A stylish new apartment with a spacious bedroom, study, balcony and shared courtyard. Set just minutes from Clapham Junction and the charming shops & restaurants of Northcote Road, this home is a great base for exploring the city or further afield.

Home truths:
* This is a new home and is better suited to more minimalist types who enjoy a completely clutter-free space rather than a more lived-in home with a lot of character
* The immediate view from the living area and balcony is a bit uninspiring but you can see the Shard and City buildings in the distance
* The only bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom and there is no bath
* This home can also sleep a further 2 guests. The study can be converted into a second bedroom which has a pull-out bed in that sleeps one. There is also a fold-down single bed that can be used in the living area
