Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings) with dining table and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Gas heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra).
We felt very comfortable in the house. There is a fantastic view over the pool to the sea - with a view of Elba. The property is located a little higher up and is very well maintained. The house was very clean. A few more comfortable seating areas outside the large bungalow would have been desirable. We would gladly come back

Is family-run and checked daily that everything is OK. O. is. Family lives next door. Well maintained facility with a great view. Depending on the existing guests also very quiet.

We have stayed several times in this area - as always great, very well maintained and very nice. Magnificent views of the sea and the evening sunset. Good parking space allocation. The family takes care of everything immediately. Very nice landlord family with the shortcoming only speak Italian. but unfortunately the pool can only be used for a limited time and they save a lot on the dishes in the apartment. only e.g. app. for 4 people but only 3 wine glasses

All in all a very nice holiday home with a great pool, very nice view and close to the sea. Only the kitchen equipment would have to be adapted to the number of people overall, such as glasses, cereal bowls, bowls, etc.
