You might begin your day on the terrace, sipping coffee and drinking in the view of the sea and the mountains. There’s plenty of outside space, so you won’t feel crowded and you can easily find a spot in the shade for reading. When the weather is hot, the pool is oh-so-inviting, whether you’re a lap-swimmer or prefer to float on a lilo lazily. The garden is surrounded by high stone walls, making it a private little oasis.

There are dining spaces in the courtyard – where there’s a built-in barbecue – and on the tiled terrace. Alfresco dinner, anyone? If you fancy eating out, you might meander one minute to one of the tavernas that line the main square in Plaka.

Almirida beach is a thirteen-minute stroll from the villa, with clear blue sea to splash in. The convenient location is the cherry on top of this marvellous holiday home.
