Ginger Cottage: Tyrone

Ginger Cottage is a beautifully furnished and equipped holiday residence which has been newly converted from an 18th century barn. It offers very comfortable family sized accommodation in very modern surroundings.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms; one with king-sized bed and en-suite, the other with the option of a super king-sized bed or 2 single beds. In the living area is a sofa bed which gives a further double bed space, thus giving a total bed space of 6 for the cottage. There is a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. The kitchen/dining area is exceptionally well appointed and equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV and DVD player.

Additional facilities include on site parking, central heating, bed linen and towels supplied, garden furniture, barbecue, cot, highchair and welcome pack. Babies and children are welcome.

Weddings
Ginger Cottage is also available as a honeymoon suite. There is the option of having breakfast provided.

"What a great place for a family reunion!"
This property actually consists of linked units that have been created out of a VERY old barn. Once you open the door you realise that this is no "old barn". VERY modern and up to date. Can't say enough for Olive and Perry as our hosts. There were enough of us to use all four cottages for about five days. Everything was just wonderful, from the well appointed accommodations to the courtesy extended by our hosts. The large paved patio out in back was great for congregating in the evenings, and the Party Room was so enjoyed by all when we had a large gathering there for dinner one night. They have given a lot of thought to what will make life easier for their guests. They seem to have everything covered! Everything was in great working order. Olive even surprised us with a small cake, some milk in the fridge, tea, etc.

"First class accommodation"
We stayed at Ginger Cottage from 19th - 25th September 2016 and can honestly say that this accommodation is absolutely first class. Every detail has been thought out. We had a personal welcome from the owners Perry and Olive. The cottage was wonderfully appointed, it came with every convenience along with Bath Cream, Shower Gel and Body Moisturisers and a welcome pack of Milk, Tea and Biscuits along with many 'added extras'. I would genuinely recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to have a 5* holiday in Northern Ireland.

"Ken and Robin - Best Experience!"
Our family and relatives stayed for over a week - two separate cottages - and in every respect, thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant stay at the Spice Cottages. Perry and Olive were the best hosts - taking care of every detail, to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location and ease of hailing a taxi, made the Spice Cottages an ideal location for our daughter's wedding in Loughgall. The rooms are very modern, comfortable, clean, and efficient. The self-catering is well stocked with silverware, dishes, and modern appliances. The location is quiet with fields around the establishment. The welcome pack was unexpected - and thoroughly appreciated as a thoughtful gesture. We would recommend the Spice Cottages to anyone, and plan to stay with them again - when we come to visit!
