This beachfront home has bagged itself a prime spot on a quiet stretch of Sussex coast. Boasting panoramic sea views, you’ll have your own private beach area here with direct access to the main beach. With a pizza oven, gas and coal barbecues, and a huge table, alfresco dining will be a breeze. When it comes to relaxing, you’ve got plenty of outdoor spots to choose from – including two bathtubs overlooking the water – and if the weather isn’t on your side, the indoor pool table awaits. Location-wise, you’re a five-minute walk from the nearest village, where you’ll find shops, bars, and restaurants, and within an easy drive of the seaside towns of Littlehampton and Worthing.

*While not all of the bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*One of the bedrooms is in a separate annexe. Guests staying in this room have use of a shower room and WC in the main house.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the double sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms – this is best for children.
*While the outdoor dining table is big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy, the indoor dining table only seats twelve.
*Hen and stag parties and same-sex groups are strictly not allowed at this home.
*There’s parking for up to three cars on the driveway here.
