Coastal Cotton: West Sussex

Only a short stroll from West Wittering Beach, this home provides the perfect base for exploring the West Sussex coast. We love the cosy, seaside-inspired design – think white-washed panelling, wicker furniture, and a cute window seat where you can curl up with a book. Family-style feasts can be rustled up with ease in the kitchen, while the patio is a great place to enjoy an alfresco digestif. As the bunk bed is only suitable for little ones, it's a better fit for families. Factor in the quick drive to Chichester and the proximity to the sea, and it's no wonder it caught our eye.

Home truths:
*This home sleeps a maximum of four adults and two children, with the latter sleeping on a bunk bed. The upper bunk is only suitable for smaller children.
*Parties, hen and stag dos, and other groups of single adults aren't allowed here.
*All three bedrooms and the main bathroom are located upstairs.
*There's free parking available here for one car. While the beach is within walking distance, you may want a car to explore further afield.
