The open-plan living space is ideal for entertaining, and while the bedrooms are simple, they are plenty comfortable. The place benefits from two outside areas – there’s a furnished terrace for sundowners and a patio for snacks alfresco. If sightseeing is on the agenda, you’re a short walk from Nostrand Avenue station, connecting you to Downtown Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan and beyond.

*Parking in New York City can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible.
*Please be mindful of your neighbours, especially when in the backyard, and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am during the week and from midnight to 8am at the weekend. Your host also kindly asks that your group doesn’t loiter or hangout on the front steps.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you here.
