This calm and collected apartment is situated in the heart of Porto, just a seven-minute walk from the magnificent Livraria Lello and less than fifteen from the elegant Igreja de Santo Ildefons. With Aliados metro station and São Bento both located close by, you’ll be whizzing across the city and out into wider Portugal in no time.

If you’d prefer to stay local, build up a hunger with a wander through the hilly backstreets of the Miragaia neighbourhood – you’ll certainly need it if you’re to tackle the local delicacy, the multi-layered francesinha sandwich. When you’re full to the brim and ready to take it easy, head home and recline in your sophisticated living space – we loved the deep blue theme that runs throughout the flat. As soon as night falls, curl up beneath the hotel-quality sheets in your comfy bed and drift off into a deep and peaceful slumber.
