Flooded with natural light, the open concept living area is the perfect spot to unwind with a good book or cup of coffee. But when in the birthplace of Jazz, you may want to liven it up a little – head to the rooftop terrace for cocktails and impressive skyline views. As evening draws in, you're well located. Just a 15-minute walk from the famous Bourbon Street and a 10-minute stroll to the trendy French Quarter, local Cajun restaurants, hip bars and a surplus of swinging jazz clubs await.

*At maximum occupancy, two guests will be on a sofa bed in the living area
*Metered parking is available on Howard Ave on a first-come, first-serve basis – though you probably won't need a car with this central location
*While pets are allowed, you’ll have to pay an additional cost – it’s $150 for a dog or cat under 30 lbs, or $350 for two dogs (or cats) with a combined weight under 50 lbs
*The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius
