This comfortable apartment is situated in the historic coastal town of Giardini Naxos, and it benefits from having a sea-facing balcony. The beach is located directly opposite the home’s main entrance and the surrounding area offers plenty of local shops and restaurants. At full capacity you may feel a tad squeezed here – we think that the place is best suited for a couple. Bear in mind that the pad is situated on the third floor with no lift.

*Please note that this apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs only, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*Due to the home's location near a small but busy neighbourhood road, some street noise is possible – light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
*At full occupancy, two of the guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
*If you're travelling with little ones, the host can provide a baby cot and a high chair for free upon request.
