Today the Madrilenian is prominent in advertising and fashion collaborations; she has been the inspiration for many renowned couturiers, including Karl Lagerfeld. Cruz has modelled for L'Oréal and Ralph Lauren and has been a Chanel ambassador since 2018. Together with her younger sister Mónica Cruz, she has designed clothing for fashion outlet Mango.
