ITV's mega-hit 'Love Island' is greenlit worldwide as fans can't get enough of the highly addictive reality series.

Devised in the U.K., The original British Love Island, currently set in a 5-star luxury villa in Majorca, continues to explode in popularity, smashing viewing records across T.V., P.C., mobile and tablet screens.

Produced by ITV Studios Entertainment and Motion Content Group, the compelling Love Island format has now been commissioned in another dozen countries, including the USA, Germany, Australia, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Hungary, Poland and the Netherlands.

The supernova show is perfect for the emerging network streaming services, allowing broadcasters to bring more risque content to tailored viewing audiences.

Love Island USA 2022

After moving from CBS to NBCUniversal, the all-new Love Island USA bosses promise a much racier and unfiltered show in 2022 via their streaming channel, Peacock, which will be available to viewers in the U.K. and Ireland.

Love Island USA have greenlit the show, which launches this July, teasing episodes and couples that are "steamier and hotter than ever."

And even better news for Love Island fans, the original U.K. narrator, legendary Iain Stirling, was last week announced as the new voiceover star for the USA version.
