“Wonderful hotel, great service”
For my husband it was a business meeting, for me pure pleasure. The hotel is in the theatre district so our concierge booked us two plays. Best seats in the house!
The hotel is a converted bank, the lofty ceiling in the lobby bar makes it most attractive. Our room was very well appointed, with windows that opened on to a nice flower box filled with greenery. The bathroom was huge, you could practically do lengths in the tub, but the separate shower so tiny you had to open the door to bend down...heated towel rack a welcome perk.
The small dining area is on the mezzanine with a view over the lobby bar. Small tables, large platters, but the food is excellent. Try the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, heavenly!
Excellent service, very clean, would certainly recommend this fine hotel.
