Visited the restaurant tonight for the first time, celebrating our anniversary and it was an absolute knock out from start to finish. The service was friendly and attentive. The breads to start were incredible. The soda bread, with a hint of basil, brought feelings of nostalgia but at the same time felt like something brand new altogether. Saul absolutely nailed the wine pairings and the food was incredible. For our mains we had the Chateaubriand to share, cooked to perfection and the sides were well considered and portioned. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for a brilliant evening

Delivers every time!
I have now been to Noble about 6/7 times since it opened, but this is the first time I've left a review.
As the title of my review states, it does deliver every time, a standard that is extremely hard to sustain, but Saul and his team manage so well. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and flawless and the food is absolutely outstanding. A mark of a really good meal... IMHO, is when you can still taste the flavours from said meal, months and even years later. I am currently salivating when I remember the parmesan risotto that I had there two years ago, to say nothing about the steaks, suckling pig, or their incredible chocolate delice.
Noble, for me, is definitely a treat, but at least I know that it 100% will deliver an amazing culinary experience every time and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming that I can't wait for my next visit

we went on our first ever visit to Noble Holywood after lockdown and we most definitely will be back
on arrival we where met by lovely staff who asked us to wash hands and then come on up to our seat .
we got a window seat ( love this ) ordered monkey 47 gins and ordered our food
prawn starter which was to die for
also seafood as main course
again taste bud tantalising.

This place is a gem, the food was out of the world throughout. I went with my partner and his mother who are from the area. It was a perfect meal throughout, I had the hake, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

The crab starter I could eat a platter of. The service was just as fantastic. We will definitely be back on our next visit over from London. They have made lifelong customers.

Food was excellent and service was first rate. I'd love to eat here again. It has an intimate atmosphere with not a huge amount of tables, this is why you have to book so far in advance...but it's worth it!
